打ち水大作戦2026参加者からの感想 Good use of Bath Water

私はお風呂の残り湯を使って打ち水大作戦に参加した。打ち水がアスファルトの路面の温度を下げる効果は、打ち水をする時間帯にもよるとは思う。

残念ながら、打ち水が路面温度を下げる効果としては一時的かつ限定的だと感じた。しかし、近所の人たちと改めて近づくきっかけになるかもしれないと思った。

I used the leftover bathwater to take part in the “Uchimizu Campaign.” The effectiveness of sprinkling water in lowering the temperature of an asphalt road surface depends on the time of day when it is done.

The act of water sprinkling unfortunately has a very limited and transient effect to lower the road surface temperature, but it might give you a chance to get reacquainted with some of your neighbors.
