クリスマス・キャンドルナイト2023参加者からの感想「Experiencing a holy time and making prayers with candle lights 」

キャンドルナイト活動を通して、電気のなかった時代に思いを馳せることができました。

そして、ろうそくの炎のゆらぎを見つめることはとてもリラックスした気分になりました。

教会やお寺など祈りをささげるにははりろうそくがともされるというのも、やはり、ろうそくは何か神聖なもの、魂に訴えかける何かをもっているといることもうなずけます。

My experience with the Christmas Candle Night event helped me imagine what it’s like to have no electricity in the past.

Looking at the candle’s flame made me feel really relaxed.

I cannot agree more that candle lights are something special and sacred when they are lit in places such as churches and temples where we pray to holy spirits.
