環境のためにプラスチックを減らすことが大切なのは理解してるけど、ちょっと複雑だよね。トラブルになったことはある？

I wonder recent Japanese store policy of shopping bags’ charge bothers foreigners or not.

I understand it’s an important thing to reduce plastic for the environment, but it’s a bit complicated. Are there any troubles with it?
