今年の日本の夏も、とても蒸し暑いです。

それでも私は熱中症に注意しながら、できるだけエアコンを使わずに過ごしています。

扇風機と外の風をうまく使えば、意外に涼しく過ごせます。

皆さんは暑さ対策でどんな風に環境へ配慮していますか？

As usual, Japan has been experiencing a very hot and humid summer this year.

Despite the heat, I’m avoiding using AC as much as I can with a caution to heatstroke.

Staying cool is surprisingly doable by electric fans and outside wind.

What kind of eco-friendly ways do you have for overcoming the heat?
