暑さが年々増す日本では、いかに「涼」をとるかがとても重要です。

私は室内では主にエアコンと団扇を使用しています。

エアコンは室内の温度を下げるのに効果的ですが、風に直接あたるのは良くないため、団扇を使っています。

こうすることでエアコンの設定温度を下げ過ぎずに済むため、節電にもつながっていると私は考えています。

団扇は私にとってまさに、エアコンの素晴らしい助手です。

Summer in Japan is getting hotter and hotter each year.

It’s important to know how to cool yourself down during this season.

I use the air conditioner together with a fan when I’m at home.

The AC would be a perfect solution to cool down, but I could get sick from the air only generated by the AC, that is why I leave my AC on low settings while I  focus on my fan to help me cool down.

This reduces the burden on my AC,  reducing the cost of AC use. The fan is my lovely assistant that helps me cool down!
